Catering

For the culinary aspect of your wedding, five catering partners are available to serve you: Motto Catering, Mörwald Catering, Trabitsch Catering, Adventure Catering, Gerstner Catering. However, there is also the option to choose a different caterer (like Schwarz-Hirsch, or FromFranz). They will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and, if needed, another partially equipped kitchen. Selecting a caterer not among the five mentioned will incur a handling fee.

Landtagssaal

The Landtagssaal is the magnificent centerpiece of the Palais Lower Austria. Splendid stucco marble and the impressive ceiling fresco transform your wedding celebration on 346 square meters for up to 340 wedding guests into an unforgettable event.

Rittersaal

The 167 square meter Rittersaal, adorned with a gold-embellished judicial throne, is ideal as a space for weddings, receptions, or as a buffet room and accommodates up to 150 guests. The adjacent kitchen significantly facilitates catering.

Prälatensaal and gotisches Zimmer

The Prelate Hall (81 square meters) in combination with the Gothic Room (38 square meters) is excellently suited for civil weddings in a smaller circle or as a dance and buffet area for up to 70 guests.

Herrensaal

The 120 square meter Herrensaal is ideally suited for civil ceremonies or as a buffet and bar area for up to 120 guests. The hall is accessible both directly from the foyer and through the Landtag Hall.

Landhauskapelle

The Landhauskapelle is particularly suitable for religious weddings in a smaller setting for up to 50 wedding guests. Additional Catholic weddings can be conducted in the nearby church of the Schottenstift and in the Minoritenkirche. Protestant weddings can be held in the Lutheran City Church.
